Sinotrans Global E-commerce Logistics Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation with Air France-KLM.

On January 29, Sinotrans Global E-commerce Logistics Co., Ltd. and Air France-KLM signed a memorandum of cooperation through video conference .Under the witness of Xiao Chenglu, General Manager of Sinotrans Global E-commerce, and Pieter Elbers, President of Air France-KLM, Zhang Liang, Deputy General Manager of Sinotrans Global E-commerce, signed a contract with Gertjan Roelands, Senior Vice President of Air France-KLM on behalf of both parties.

Mr. Zhang Guosheng, Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands, actively facilitated and presided over the signing ceremony. The directors of Air France-KLM Europe and China, as well as the relevant directors of Sinotrans Global E-commerce product department, German branch and Dutch branch participated in the event. Xinhuanet also carried a special report on the signing ceremony.

The signing memorandum aims to further consolidate the existing business cooperation and establish a new mode of business cooperation in many fields such as e-commerce, semiconductor and pharmaceutical cold chain. This also marked the Sinotrans made new progress of air route construction in China - Africa, China - Central & South America countries.

Air France-KLM is one of the largest airlines in Europe. It owns KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Air France, Martinair and other major European airlines. Its trunk line covers Europe, Central & South America, Africa and other regions, with wide network coverage and sufficient capacity.

In addition, Sinotrans Global E-commerce is actively planning the air transport capacity procurement plan of 2021, and leading the construction of air transport route.

By January 2021, through several rounds of negotiations, Sinotrans Global E-commerce has successfully signed General agreement with EVA Airways, China Eastern Airlines and Singapore Airlines.
